With dedicated weekly rehearsals spanning two hours, our choir members, comprising of students from Primary 4 to Primary 6 refine build their vocal techniques and ensemble singing skills across diverse musical genres such as choral, pop, folk, etc. From representing our school at the Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation to school events such as the annual prize award ceremony, our choir exemplifies excellence in both performance and musical development.

Our weekly training sessions at AGPS Drama Club offer a transformative learning experience for our students, empowering them to reach new heights in stage performances. Through expert guidance and exploration of diverse drama techniques, we nurture budding actors, equipping them with the skills to shine.

By participating in various school events, our students gain hands-on experience in all aspects of theatre, from the spotlight to behind-the-scenes. Our ultimate goal is to ignite a lifelong passion for theatre and foster confidence in acting and English communication, helping our members grow into creative, expressive, and articulate individuals.

The Guzheng Ensemble which started in 2009 continues to remain strong with passionate members. This CCA aims to cultivate students’ interest and passion for the Chinese culture and values through the learning of this traditional Chinese music instrument. Our CCA recruits members who have an interest in learning, regardless of gender and race. The Guzheng members perform at various events such as Chinese New Year and Prize Award Ceremony. They also participate in the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Arts Presentation.

The Modern Dance CCA offers aspiring dancers who demonstrate a passion for dancing, the opportunity to nurture their talent in Hip Hop or Contemporary Dance.

Performances during school events and external events provide our dancers with avenues to showcase their talent and also to share the joy of dancing with the rest of the school.
