The school’s Student Development Team (SDT) comprises the following officers:

Roles of the Student Development Team (SDT) in Schools
Build a caring and enabling school where all students:
Feel a sense of belonging, are able to forge positive peer relationships and enjoy school
Are engaged, motivated and empowered to believe in themselves
Create a conducive and psychologically safe environment to nurture learners who are resilient and exercise student agency.
Curate and implement curricula (Total Curriculum) that promotes the well-being, learning (which includes 21CC development) of all students.
Identify and provide **differentiated support and intervention for specific group(s) of students.
Support the professional development of staff for their role in student well-being and 21CC development.
