Our Total Curriculum Framework

Guided by our vision of developing Agile Learners and Gracious Citizens, the AGPS Total Curriculum Framework integrates the curriculum and co-curriculum to nurture Critical Thinkers, Respectful Collaborators, Resilient Explorers and Responsible Contributors.

Through our RICE pedagogical approaches (Reflective, Inquiry, Collaborative and Integrative), teachers design purposeful learning and student development experiences that build the attitudes, skills, knowledge and competencies our Anchorlites need for life and the future.

Three key enablers strengthen this work: Partnerships, Technology and Positive Education. Partnerships extend learning beyond the classroom, EdTech enriches teaching and learning and Positive Education strengthens wellbeing, character and resilience. Together, they support the development of 21st Century Competencies (21CC) and prepare our Anchorlites to thrive in a changing world.
